Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) is selling a 1.866-acre piece of land in Jalan Kia Peng here to the Social Security Organisation (Socso) for RM323 million cash.
The land was originally acquired on April 7, 2015 for RM259.16 million.
