Poly Ritz Group of Companies succeeded in selling 90 percent of its 1,120-unit Federal Territories Affordable Housing (RUMAWIP) project since late last year.
The company’s group executive chairman Datuk Masrul Affendy Masram said that the take-up rate of the project - named Ritz Communities - was due to its competitive pricing of RM300 and strategic location in Salak South here.
He said each 3-bedroom apartment unit was priced at RM300,000 and was strategically located to a future MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) station in the Klang Valley.
