RESIDENTS of Taman Medan Penaga Block 77 in Kampung Batu Lanchang, Jelutong, can rejoice following the state’s approval to fund 80% of the cost to replace their block’s leaky roof.
To add to their happiness, their state assemblyman Danny Law Heng Kiang will cover the remaining 20% for them.
State Housing, Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the state approved the residents’ application under the Maximum 80% Housing Maintenance Fund.
