A total of 16,000 homes under the Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA), the Government’s housing programme catered for the middle income (M40) group has been taken up nationwide.
The estimated gross development value (GDV) of the 16,000 homes is around RM4bil.
To date, PR1MA Members of Corporation (MOC) has approved more than 267,640 homes nationwide for development.
